Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship domestically via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
North America Flat Rate A flat rate shipping option of $10 is available for orders shipping to the United States and Canada.
International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at opalsreef@gmail.com so we can work with you on a resolution.
